Davyd and his team are hardworking magicians that can accomplish nearly any task imaginable. Their finish carpentry/built-in work is top notch and they can build essentially anything you can dream of. I'm apprehensive to leave Davyd a review because I need him to be available for my projects, but you should hire Davyd without hesitation.Ryan Polisoto22 August 2026Davyd and his team were excellent! Being a remodeler and woodworker myself, I’m very particular and have very high expectations when it comes to this type of project. Davyd and his crew not only met my expectations but surpassed them. We moved into a new home from out of state and asked Davyd to bid several projects. He and his team proved to be incredibly professional, talented, and meticulous. Every thing they did in our home exceeded our expectations. We're so happy with the improvements they made that we've already started planning a few new projects for them. I would absolutely recommend Davyd and his team to anyone looking to have carpentry, construction, wood working, or painting done in their home.Joe Palomino19 February 2026Davyd and his team were easy to work with and they did an exceptional job with the beams project in my office. They worked quickly and kept everything very clean. The craftsmanship is excellent and I look forward to working with them again in the future. Thank you!Mia H31 January 2026My husband and I recently bought a home with an early 2000s builder grade cutout in the living room and an asymmetrical fireplace that we’ve been wanting to change since we moved in. After talking to a woodworker and other contractors who couldn’t do what we envisioned within our budget, I decided to reach out to Finish Carpenter. Within days of contacting David, we had our EXACT vision for a bookcase and remodeled mantel custom built ready for us to enjoy. We were blown away by the craftsmanship and efficiency. We’re already thinking of other projects for David’s team to help us with in the future.KeithB20 January 2026Eli added a beautiful beam plus tongue and groove pine to our large great room ceiling. His work is high quality. He takes pride in doing it right and making his customers happy. Eli communicated well in the initial planning and also kept me aware of progress. He and his crew were respectful of our home, taking care to cover floors and clean up at the end of each day. The overall experience working with him was excellent. I highly recommend him.Curt Osborne20 October 2025Eli Interiors does amazing work. Every interior door, every inch of baseboard and every inch of casing in the house was replaced. Also, several new exterior windows and doors were trimmed out and a vaulted ceiling was installed in white pine. Every cut is precise and perfect and Eli's attention to detail is unmatched. He also did demolition of our kitchen and his careful attention to detail really paid off there, too. He precisely and carefully demo'd the kitchen. And Eli is just a pleasure to work with. Good humored and smart and, above all, complete honesty and integrity. A rare combination of traits in this business. 100% recommended. Photos show un-carpeted steps -- not in his project.David Takeda13 September 2025Davyd and Finish Carpenter were great. They created two custom built-in bookcases and then I asked them to make three custom jersey cases. They coordinated with other contractors for drywall repair, electrical, and painting. I highly recommend them for your project.Verified by TrustindexTrustindex verified that these reviews were published on Finish Carpenter's Google Business Profile. Learn more
Custom Shaker Mudroom Cabinets
When a returning client came back to Finish Carpenter LLC after a successful built-in and floating shelf project, the team knew exactly how to deliver. The result: a stunning set of custom shaker mudroom cabinets that transforms a functional entryway into an organized, elegant space the whole family can use every day.
The design features four full-height locker-style cabinet columns running floor to ceiling, each fitted with a shaker-style MDF door in a warm greige finish. Upper accent cabinets with round knob hardware sit above each column, while the tall center panels use sleek black bar pulls — creating a cohesive, modern farmhouse look throughout. Every door and drawer features Blum soft-close sliders, ensuring smooth, quiet operation and long-term durability.
At the heart of this entryway storage system is the built-in bench — topped with a beautiful red oak countertop that brings warmth and natural character against the painted cabinetry. Below the bench seat, four generous drawers with black bar pulls offer dedicated storage for shoes, accessories, and everyday essentials, keeping clutter out of sight and off the floor.
This custom shaker mudroom design makes full use of every inch of vertical space. From the rich wood tones of the oak bench top to the precision-fitted upper cabinetry, the entire unit was custom-built and installed to the exact dimensions of the space — no gaps, no filler panels, no compromises.
Whether you need a complete entryway locker system, a mudroom bench with drawers, or a floor-to-ceiling built-in storage solution, Finish Carpenter LLC delivers the same level of craftsmanship and attention to detail on every project. This repeat client says it best — quality work keeps homeowners coming back.
