Davyd and his team are hardworking magicians that can accomplish nearly any task imaginable. Their finish carpentry/built-in work is top notch and they can build essentially anything you can dream of. I'm apprehensive to leave Davyd a review because I need him to be available for my projects, but you should hire Davyd without hesitation.Ryan Polisoto22 August 2026Davyd and his team were excellent! Finish Carpenter will be our go-to for many projects to come!Val Dziagwa3 August 2026Davyd and his crew did a remarkable job on my living room ceiling. Being a remodeler and woodworker myself, I’m very particular and have very high expectations when it comes to this type of project. Davyd and his crew not only met my expectations but surpassed them. I highly recommend these folks for your next project.Jackie Beltran12 May 2026Davyd and his team have been the best group I’ve worked with over my many years as a homeowner. They are skilled professionals with an artistic touch! We absolutely love our mudroom transformation!!Joe Tamel6 May 2026We feel lucky to have discovered Finish Carpenter. We moved into a new home from out of state and asked Davyd to bid several projects. He and his team proved to be incredibly professional, talented, and meticulous. Every thing they did in our home exceeded our expectations. We're so happy with the improvements they made that we've already started planning a few new projects for them. I would absolutely recommend Davyd and his team to anyone looking to have carpentry, construction, wood working, or painting done in their home.Joe Palomino19 February 2026Davyd and his team were easy to work with and they did an exceptional job with the beams project in my office. They worked quickly and kept everything very clean. The craftsmanship is excellent and I look forward to working with them again in the future. Thank you!Mia H31 January 2026My husband and I recently bought a home with an early 2000s builder grade cutout in the living room and an asymmetrical fireplace that we’ve been wanting to change since we moved in. After talking to a woodworker and other contractors who couldn’t do what we envisioned within our budget, I decided to reach out to Finish Carpenter. Within days of contacting David, we had our EXACT vision for a bookcase and remodeled mantel custom built ready for us to enjoy. We were blown away by the craftsmanship and efficiency. We’re already thinking of other projects for David’s team to help us with in the future.KeithB20 January 2026Eli added a beautiful beam plus tongue and groove pine to our large great room ceiling. His work is high quality. He takes pride in doing it right and making his customers happy. Eli communicated well in the initial planning and also kept me aware of progress. He and his crew were respectful of our home, taking care to cover floors and clean up at the end of each day. The overall experience working with him was excellent. I highly recommend him.Curt Osborne20 October 2025Eli Interiors does amazing work. Every interior door, every inch of baseboard and every inch of casing in the house was replaced. Also, several new exterior windows and doors were trimmed out and a vaulted ceiling was installed in white pine. Every cut is precise and perfect and Eli's attention to detail is unmatched. He also did demolition of our kitchen and his careful attention to detail really paid off there, too. He precisely and carefully demo'd the kitchen. And Eli is just a pleasure to work with. Good humored and smart and, above all, complete honesty and integrity. A rare combination of traits in this business. 100% recommended. Photos show un-carpeted steps -- not in his project.David Takeda13 September 2025Davyd and Finish Carpenter were great. They created two custom built-in bookcases and then I asked them to make three custom jersey cases. They coordinated with other contractors for drywall repair, electrical, and painting. I highly recommend them for your project.Verified by TrustindexTrustindex verified that these reviews were published on Finish Carpenter's Google Business Profile. Learn more
Custom Walk-In Closet Renovation
A custom walk-in closet renovation is more than a simple upgrade—it’s a complete transformation of how your space works for you. For this project, our team delivered a full design & build solution, creating a functional and personalized storage system tailored to the client’s needs.
The original closet stood at 90 inches high, offering limited flexibility for modern storage. After reviewing the client’s goals and layout options, we redesigned the system to extend all the way to the ceiling, offering more storage capacity and a cleaner, built-in look. This change required rebuilding portions of the closet framework, adjusting heights, and creating new custom components to fit the updated measurements.
We crafted the structure using premium plywood and poplar, ensuring stability and longevity. For smooth, high-performance operation, we installed Blum sliders, a trusted choice in custom cabinetry. Every section—shelving, hanging zones, drawers, and compartments—was mapped out according to the client's lifestyle and storage preferences.
This renovation also focused on improving organization through a thoughtful storage system. Each area was optimized to help the client easily sort clothing, accessories, and seasonal items. The result is a streamlined, durable, and visually cohesive walk-in closet that maximizes every inch.
Whether you need a full rebuild, a layout redesign, or a custom-fit organizer, our walk-in closet renovation service blends craftsmanship with smart design to deliver a space that works better every day.
